gluten free corner spacious room warm welcome unfriendly receptionist bad impression zero hospitality
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I am intolerant to many things, but I was happy to find a corner just for gluten and dairy-free products. The room was clean and spacious. I felt a warm welcome at the reception when I arrived. This is something we shouldn't take for granted.
She gave a really bad impression of the hotel. Other receptionists seemed much more friendly. I felt zero hospitality and she chose carefully the worst room for us.

sufficient equipment bike hire
The fitness centre had sufficient equipment for my needs. The swimming pool maintained a GOOD temperature , and i appreciated the bike hire service.

housekeeping policy no information
the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, a plus for a quick meal.
I was disappointed that housekeeping was only done upon request. I was not informed about it during check-in and my room was not cleaned for three days (i expected a higher standard from a hotel carrying the tivoli name).

limited choices unfriendly staff
The location was acceptable , with public transport nearby.
The breakfast choices were really limited , just bacon and scrambled eggs. The front desk staff were not friendly . I asked where to refill my water bottle , and they suggested using the bathroom tap.

wonderful stay!
kind staff hearty breakfast
the staff was very kind to me. i arrived early after a long flight (i was so tired!). check-in was at 3 pm, but they allowed me access to the pool and shower facilities. they also stored my luggage until my room became available. the breakfast was hearty and delicious. it allowed me to skip lunch and shop in the city.

the family room includes comfortable beds and ample space for luggage. the room had nice decor details. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a shower (very convenient for families!).

great location
clean room polite staff high standard
the room was clean and good size. the staff were very polite. the hotel was finished to a high standard, with the rooms tastefully decorated. the welcome we received was very pleasant, and they acknowledged our wedding anniversary (i was grateful).
the swimming pool is too small. the parkplatz is expensive, also the dogs extra price. other hotels offer a water bowl at least.

Balanced Stay Experience
central location good variety pool access dusty corners qr system missed cleaning
The location worked really well. It was pretty central, and it made getting around easier. Breakfast had a good variety of options. I also enjoyed access to the pool and the sauna. These added benefits contributed positively to the stay.
The room wasn't perfectly clean on arrival. I saw some dust in corners and surfaces weren't super clean. The cleaning service uses a QR code. My room wasn't cleaned one day even though I requested it with this system. It was an inconvenience to manage this and I would not have expected it.
